‘Nother guest blog from Ringu's Mom
I used to say that I’d never let a dog lick my face, sleep in my bedroom, snooze in my bed. I said I’d never let my dog off-leash where it wasn’t permitted.
That I’d never talk in that high squeaky (“I wuv you!) doggy voice, and that I’d not accept less than full obedience to my commands.
That I’d never let my dogs bark enough to bother the neighbours, that I’d never leave my dogs too long in the car on a hot day, or miss picking up a poo.
Never say “never”.
